The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a quiet area close to Universal Studios, the Florida Mall, and various retail stores and eateries. the staff were all friendly and offered great service.

The room in lower floors. Location: the hotel was just next door to outlet and Universal Studios and restaurant s and stores. A cool bonus was nearby Qi Dragon Bakery, that offered tea and coffee.

Good price for the overnight prior to an early flight Good Security. Great manager. Thank you, Sharif! Nice amenities (kitchenette) which is unusual for a hotel. Especially at this price.

Bed a bit too soft for my taste. Ac was set at 'freezing', I had to turn the heat on! (61 too cold)

Although the hotel is a simple sleep and go type of hotel, no facility and very basic in the amenties in the hotel. I wl definitely come back in future for the price they charge and also for the friendly staff .. I also found that they hv security guard to watch the premises 24 hrs. which is important for a peace of mind vaccation stay.

I booked the NON smoking room but the confirmation turn out to be smoking.. I called the hotel immediately to make the correction. The hotel front desk staff is so nice to make changes without any hesitation...
